Great trainers, but recent customer service experience was very poor. The return was received promptly, yet the refund has still not been processed weeks later. After being on hold for over 20 minutes, I spoke to Alex, who was patronising and unhelpful. He refused to explain or investigate why the return had not been processed more than two weeks after receipt. Instead, he provided false information about the returns policy, falsely claiming that the time allowed by Asics for an item to be returned (15 days) somehow extends the period a retailer has to process a refund. This is not correct. Retailers are legally required to issue refunds within 14 days of receiving returned goods. Failing to do so is a breach of consumer rights. Very bad customer service.
