Horrible, horrible customer service. FedEx delivered to the wrong address. I promptly called FedEx and they said the shipper (ASICS) had to contact them. I called ASICS and they said that they would ship me another pair, conduct an investigation, and email me. I never received an email so I called. They then said “oh, we need to do an investigation and then we will ship you your shoes”. I informed them that I needed my shoes and FedEx took a picture of where it was delivered and that was not my house. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor. Never got to speak to one. Was told we will email you. I just want to add I had already successfully ordered 2 pairs of shoes from them in the last 30 days but now they have to send it to a FedEx location for me to pick up or they will not be responsible if anything happens in transit. The entire situation makes me mad. I have been wearing ASICS since basic training. I got them at the PX. NOW I HAVE TO FIND A NEW BRAND OF RUNNING SHOES.
