I ordered a pair of shoes on the 25th of April and the tracking never updated from "waiting for pickup". I sent an email to ask where they were and got no reply, 2nd email also no reply. Online chat was woeful with no actual people to speak to. Finally called a number for Asics and was told the item actually wasn't available and I'll receive a refund tomorrow. I don't really believe I'll get the refund. No idea what has happened to this company - I've used them for about 6 years with no issues. And now they seem to be terrible. Update: Surprisingly, I did actually get my refund
