The customer service at ASICS is astonishingly bad for such a big company. It sounds like they employ people from home to look after the phones, who don't have proper information and who really couldn't care less about your issues. I wanted to buy a pair of shoes and return the old ones afterwards and was told I could get my 10% discount after I bought the new pair - but when I tried to claim it, they said it wasn't possible. Even though I was told over the phone that I could do this. And to have such rigid policies doesn't serve anyone, it's just bad customer service.
