Customer service is awful and very unhelpful!! I ordered via express delivery 1-2 days and still waiting as not even shipped yet, apparently they don’t know how long until it will be shipped and they can’t refund me until I receive and return the item. Apparently you have minutes after an order that’s the only option. Looking at reviews since this may be weeks to come or never! Would never order through them again!!! Thought they were a well known trusted company, obviously not.
