After nearly a month Asics (outlet.asics.com) have failed to deliver the shoes that I ordered directly from them. The money for the purchase was immediately taken from my card upon ordering. Despite having now cancelled the order, customer service is failing to respond or confirm a refund of the money paid for the undelivered goods. Sad to see a great brand ruining their own reputation through incompetent and unhelpful customer service and leaving the customer with the problem when they fail to deliver. The customer service phone number does not even answer calls. Blaming the delivery company (PostNord), who have actually provided great, quick and punctual customer service in the matter is just sad. As someone who has been wearing Asics stability shoes faithfully for over 20 years, I am sorry to recommend to stay away from Asics and buy your shoes from a reputable store instead. In my experience, e.g. Nike and New Balance provide far better customer service when it is needed.
