Recently placed online order for 2 pairs of trainers. When the order arrived, there was only one pair in the box. Tried to call asics customer services four times today, but apparently due to 'exceptional circumstances' they are not taking any calls, and two emails have gone unanswered; I assume that they think that if they ignore us - their customers - then we'll shut up and go away. Would give them no stars if I could. I would suggest that if you actually want to receive what you've paid for, you may prefer to shop somewhere where they still believe in customer care. Based on my experience, that certainly isn't Asics. Shame on you, Asics - you've made sure that you have my money, but I don't have what I've paid for. Does that bother you? Apparently not.
