They sent me the completely the wrong shoes (size and style - good job I opened the box in advance of Christmas to check as it felt too heavy for running trainers). I complained and asked for the correct items to be sent. They just told me to return and await a refund that could take up to 20 working days to process, and re-order (essentially putting me out of pocket). It was not my mistake and the shoes were supposed to be a Christmas present. Not even an apology, or even a mere acknowledgement of their mistake. I have returned and purchased elsewhere. They still wouldn’t ship the trainers they were supposed to send in the first place when they told me that they have got my return, without me paying again.As requested, I completed a customer review. As it was negative it was rejected for the website. I also realise that 14 days is the minimum consumer rights standard for refund time so they are breaking the law by making customers wait so long. I am still yet to receive my refund.
