Ordered my daughter some asics for school wear as recommended by children's physiotherapist(she wears orthotics) they took nearly 2 weeks to arrive which wasn't the main issue. They were definately not true to size, very small. So went to take back to my local asics outlet in Gloucestershire to be told we don't accept refunds you have to send them back in the post. A wasted journey, but sent them back. Tracked them they were received quickly in less than 4 days. I am still waiting for my card to be refunded a week later, contacted customer service and had no reply. Never again....
