I rarely write reviews and this is more to do with their delivery company (UPS) rather than Asics Outlet. I did try to post this on the Asics Outlet site but it was rejected as it was not about one of their products. I have purchased from Asics Outlet in the past and although the delivery is slow it usually arrives within a working week. However, my last order (placed Thursday 24th November 2022) for a pair of running shoes beggars belief! On Tuesday 29th November 2022 the shoes were at the UPS depot (Herne-Bornig) in GERMANY! Eventually, the shoes arrived at the UPS delivery depot for my area (Dartford) on Thursday 1st December 2022. After a few days delay the shoes were marked as 'Out for delivery' on Monday 5th December 2022. I waited in all day and at 17:39 I got a message stating 'Delivery will be delayed by one business day'. The next four days followed the same pattern, a early morning message, 'Processing at UPS facility' followed by a late afternoon message, ''Delivery will be delayed by one business day'. I emailed Asics Outlet (no response) and telephoned UPS Customer Support where someone who I could not understand (obviously overseas call centre) kept apologising for their lack of staff / delays. On Saturday 10th December 2022 at 09.59 the shoes were delivered, no notification that they were 'Out for Delivery' from UPS! I realise that this is the run up to Xmas but UPS have taken ten days to get a package from their depot in Dartford all the way to Maidstone, Kent. BUYER BEWARE
