Ordered 4 pairs of trainers on 25th November, they eventually arrived 15 days later on 10th December. They sat in a ups sorting facility for over a week without moving; response from customer service was poor when I requested help. They reiterated what I had already told them rather than offering any actual help.(13 December)I’ve now got to wait up to another 15 WORKING DAYS (3 weeks - 21 actual days) for the return to go through the UPS network and then a further 3-5 WORKING DAYS (1 week if over a weekend) for the refund. So in total they will have had my money for the best part of 2 months. The shoes themselves are great; sadly ASICS are let down by their choice of courier, their slow ineffective customer service and their extremely lengthy refund period. In short, unless you are 100% sure on the size and style of shoe you want I wouldn’t recommend using the outlet.Order date 25th November……refund finally completed 8th January
