Took payment order not processed fully....looks like items are not in stock. Customer services very polite but very unhelpful. Cant refund as the order is with the warehouse picking team..... WILL BE A DELAY... no idea how long. They then need to request a cancellation and hope for the best by the sounds of things. Avoid like the plague guys and girls.
