I place an order on the Asics Outlet website. According to the website delivery is within 3 to 5 business days. A week later my order is still apparently "Not shipped".When you call their customer experience line you get a message to say that they no longer take phone calls and to send them an email. I am still waiting for the response to the email I sent them regarding a previous order and issue with that. The shopping experience is just as bad as you place an order only to discover that they don't have stock. For such a great brand with great shoes their online experience and customer service is appalling.
