Sorry I have had to give even 1 star! The confusion starts with prices alternating between euros and sterling...should have been warned off at that point...Ordered a pair of trainers, when I was checking the order status the following day they were £11.50 cheaper. The order hadn't been processed so I sent a message to see if I could cancel and I pre-ordered at the cheaper price. Never got a response to my message but wasn't too concerned given free returns. The 5-7 days delivery was closer to 14 days but wasn't too worried as wasn't in a rush. Unfortunately, despite having 2 pairs of Asics in the size I ordered when they arrived they were too small...foolishly I then ordered the next size up...This is when the problems began...tried to process returns for the 2 pairs that were too small and kept getting a message that it couldn't be processed and to contact customer services...tried this for 3 days, tried the number for customer services but got automated message with no alternative means of contact provided. Emailed and no response. Currently sitting with 2 pairs of trainers totalling £103.50 and no way to return.Thankfully I paid using PayPal who have been fantastic but what a nightmare. No wonder they offer free returns...
