I ordered a shoe on 2nd July from outlet.asics.com. Their website stated standard delivery within 5-7 days. The item was dispatched on 10th July on 8th day after the initial order was placed. They provided the tracking number which showed the item remained with their carrier in Germany for more than a week. Finally I received the item after 3 weeks. The only way to contact the customer service is via the contact form on their website. The reason for 1 star is poor customer service who do not reply for almost a week and poor delivery services. They can at least state on their website approximate delivery time.
