I returned two shoes on 2nd May through UPS and contacted Customer Experience Contact Hub by filling form for the refund. I didn't receive any reply except automated confirmation message. As of today 19th May I still didn't receive any refund. Seems company/department is using customers money for their working capital. There is no customer service whatsoever. Their contact us telephone line opens from 8am UK time for 4 hours. I am on telephone line from more than 15 minutes nobody is picking up the phone. Pathetic experience.
