I ordered a new pair of trainers back in February and they never turned up. They refunded me so I thought I'd try again. Two months later, still nothing. I emailed and received really unhelpful replies, including confirmation of the first refund (they evidently didn't read my email). I then received an email telling me there had been a failed delivery and the parcel was in a local shop but with no indication of when that had happened. Strangely they arrived the next day and the label had missed off most of my address, hence the issues. Anyway, I have the trainers now (and another pair I bought from elsewhere in the meantime) but I don't think it was worth the hassle or wait.
