Ben and the team at Out of this Workd travel came recommended when I was trying to organise a trip to Dubai. Ben made contact with me anticipating the potential disruption before it even became an issue! Within a few days the holiday was cancelled, full refund arranged and new destination, hotels, transfers and flights booked....very last minute. Everything went to plan, a fabulous holiday was had with the reassurance of knowing that both Ben and Karen were at the end of the phone at any point if any problems occurred.
