Update:After Outree responded to me here, I reached out again several times to them. They offered a replacement or full refund for the item. I requested a refund multiple times and did not receive a response from them. Disappointed because of their lack of responsiveness.I purchased the Sensory Peapod Floor Chair for my autistic son, at the recommendation of his ABA therapist. Within a month of its delivery, it wouldn't hold it form and kept leaking. I messaged Outree Support at that time and did not hear back from them. 4 days ago, I messaged them again and have not hear back. I was hoping that someone from customer support would respond to me, as I bought this item to help my son with his sensory needs. I am disappointed at their lack of responsiveness and do not think I will buy from them again.
