I could not fault the service I received when ordering a few items from Lucy. For reference, i ordered a maraca, light up sensory ball and a jingle bell toy for our 9 month old. I stumbled across Out The Baby Box when looking for safe musical toys, as she absolutely loves music.The items arrived quickly and in such beautiful packaging, with a well appreciated little incentive for a hard working mama. When we found a small problem with one of our items, Lucy responded instantly and kindly sent us a new item, which arrived 2 days later. My daughter absolutely loves playing with these toys, I highly recommend them. Ive already raved to a few mums about this small business and I will definitely be shopping again soon!
