The product won't fit my car.Whilst they would accept the return of it, they won't refund the cost of doing this, even though Section 20 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 – Right to Reject, section 8 states:“Whether or not the consumer has a duty to return the rejected goods, the trader must bear any reasonable costs of returning them …”Considering taking the company to Court.They did refund the original cost, but 13 days after they'd received the item back!Avoid like the plague!Sadly, can't give less then one star!
