Though I haven't needed the insurance yet, it’s been over two months since my switch and the gift card hasn't arrived. Every inquiry I make is met with delays and vague responses. The initial experience of switching was fine, but the follow-through on their promises is lacking. I suggest considering other platforms that uphold their commitments. UPDATE: After my review, I received a missed call from the platform, which I returned promptly only to reach a machine. I feel it's unfair to be blamed for misunderstanding terms when I made multiple inquiries. My experience with the follow-up has been frustrating, and it would be better if they made realistic promises and kept me informed.
