My husband and I have bought art from you guys in the past. We've always loved the art & frames. However, we had no idea why our order was taking a week to processes when our email confirmed that our items were "in stock". I contacted y'all close to a week after our purchase was made, noticing our order was still "processing", and learned we needed to identify how the hardware should be arranged on the frames we ordered (landscape vs portrait). The person we spoke to was polite, but couldn't understand why we hadn't been contacted to clarify this last bit of our order. We had no idea overstockArt.com was waiting on us to contact them in regards to our order. I think someone just dropped the ball this time. The emails we received after this phone call were a bit confusing as well...they didn't really relate to our particular issue with this order. It was kinda weird. Almost like someone was still trying to figure out what was going on with our order on your end. We'll order from you guys again, but try to get your communication a little more organized. It was only mildly irritating. Thanks.
