I contacted support to change the shipping address of my order. It was incredibly hard to find the right email to contact. When I did finally get in contact the email urged me to “act quickly” as orders were being processed. I responded to the email less than 12 hours later and got an automated response that shipping is out of office and will get back to me within 2 business days. It’s ridiculous to ask your customers to respond in a timely manner when you are unable to give them the same courtesy. My order is still not going to the right address and now I have wasted my time with contacting support to create a new order in time.
