What they advertise and what they deliver are completely opposite. I ordered a laptop bag, but the product I received is nothing like what was shown. There are no compartments or essential pouches as advertised, and the overall quality is extremely poor.There was a “Buy 1 Get 1” offer on this bag, yet I received only one bag, and that too without any essential pouches.To make matters worse, the bag started getting damaged within just 4–5 days of use, clearly showing how low the quality is.Their phone number, email, and Instagram chat are all unresponsive, making it impossible to contact customer support.Worst quality, fake offers, zero customer service, and misleading advertising.
