We got the light saber promptly and really enjoyed it. We didn't use it for a while and now it won't charge. This part was no big deal to us, but we've emailed the company over and over again with no response. We haven't even complained or asked for a refund, only asked for help with troubleshooting the problem. Change the battery or what? But no response at all. And it's not like I can take it to a light saber technician. My son is so sad!
