I could not be happier with Owndoc. I had the original derminator that recently stopped working. I thought it was under a lifetime warranty and found out it was not. The Derminator 2 has the lifetime warranty. One photo of the device and owndoc gave me a full credit to replace it, even though it wasn't under warranty. They answered my emails promptly. I couldn't be more thankful.
I STRONGLY SUGGEST STEERING CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS. I am still dealing with the aftermath of a terrible experience. Many other 1-star reviews echo my situation. The representative offers nothing but excuses, which explains the numerous negative reviews.
