I got a call from cardinal financials through own up. And I have locked the rate sheet on 2/27 /2026Now cardinal says that because the rates have increased and they have no margin they cannot honor my rate lock and happily walking away from my refinancing .
My rate lock is still valid until March 30./2026 And I am trying to escalate but no vain. Please let me know who should I escalate to .
