I was scammed out of 77.41 by this website. I contacted customer service to request a refund, and they claimed my refund was initiated on December 7th, which is strange since it was actually the 5th. The next day, I received an email stating my order had shipped, but when I tried to track it, there was no information available. This feels like a complete scam, and it's disappointing that it was recommended by a major search engine.
