I subscribed to Communique Pro and Microcap Trader in December 2025 based on the internet video interview with Bill O Rielly. That interview stated I could get full refund if not satisifed. In less than a month I decide to cancel my subscriptions due to excessive marketing emails trying to get me to subscribe to more services. Oxford's Clubs customer service states that will cancel my auto renewal but I am trying to get my refund from current subscription paid in December 2025. They appear to be trying to keep my money and not live up to the stated full refund mentioned in the interview.
