Mr. Vass replied to my inquiry in record time with a usable suggestion. I took his suggestion and contacted Ron Kramer, who deals in bonds for both institutional and individual investors, this morning. Mr. Kramer confirmed what Fidelity Investments told me; i.e., that the Natural Resource Partners coupon bond (CUSIP 63902mae8) is for institutional investors. I am disappointed that Mr. Green did not make it clear in “The 10% CD” that this bond isn’t for individual investors unless they intend to invest a large amount of money, a million dollars or more according to Mr. Kramer.
