An air source heat pump was recently installed for us, converting our old one-pipe system to a modern two-pipe setup, along with replacing several radiators. The planning and design were well thought out, and the management oversight was competent throughout the project. The installers were excellent—professional, tidy, and clearly skilled. Hot water is functioning well, and although we haven't yet experienced winter to assess heating performance, the installation itself met high standards. Overall, we are very pleased and would happily recommend the service.
