I must say, I never write reviews. But I felt I must write one this time. I came across OX Securities 2 weeks ago through one of my forex mentors. I signed up through his advice and I wasn't disappointed. The entire process was extremely easy and quite fast to my surprise. But, that wasn't what surprised me the most. When I created my account I chose the MT5 platform and received my investor password and master password through email. I was having issues signing into my MT5 dashboard "my fault as I was entering in the wrong password" so I wrote an email to customer service. Two hours after I sent the email I received a phone call from an unknown number and it already being bedtime for me I didn't answer. Very first thing the next morning I received another call and it was Zyron from OX Securities making sure I was able to sign into my account. I never in my life have received such wonderful one in one customer service from a company. He made me feel like I was their only client even though I know they have thousands. I have no doubt if I ever run into any issues in the future that I won't have to worry nor wait too long for it to get resolved. I highly recommend them for your trading needs!FYI, I did a very extensive review check on them before signing up and the only bad reviews I can find are people who no business trading as they decided to rely on others to trade for them who are 3rd parties in which OX Securities has no control over. They are simply mad cause they thought they could get rich quick without doing anything and reality took control.
