I had a very disappointing experience with Oxyfit. The nose strips I ordered do not work as advertised at all. The plastic part that is supposed to stay in the nose and expand it keeps falling out during the night, which makes the product completely useless. I followed the instructions exactly, but the product simply does not function as shown in their advertisement.I contacted customer support requesting a refund, and they asked me to send a photo or video of the issue. I explained that the problem happens while sleeping and that it’s impossible to take a photo during the night. Since then, they have completely stopped responding to my messages.Very poor customer service and a product that does not deliver what it promises. I would not recommend buying from this store.
