On 18/11/25, I reported that my mask was too large. The response I received was condescending, asking for photos to prove that it “truly does not fit.” The straps are far too long, which I showed in the photos I sent. In return, I was sent a video on how to secure Velcro—something unrelated to the actual issue & I am not an idiot!It has now been over 6 weeks with no resolution. The delays make it feel as though they are simply waiting for me to give up. If the mask doesn’t fit, it should be replaced with one that does.Before this, I purchased the nose strips and the magnet fell out after only two uses. I dismissed it as a one-off fault. The breath trainer was also ineffective, but I assumed that might be a personal preference.Now I’m left with another product I can’t use. Extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
