Have owned a inogen G3 for a little over 2 1/2 years.Zero problems ,but I do have a question.I have ordered and received New filters.Have calls many times but cant6 get anyone to talk to.I replaced the old ones, but for some reason I don't think they are working as well as the ones I took out.I was reading that there is a filter behind where the tube hooks up to the machine and was wondering if it may need to be changed.There is a tool that must be ordered,so I read.AND HELP WOULD BE NICETHANK YOUANDY H.505 688 9763
