This is a grievance I am reporting against this company. When I placed the order and what was depicted on their site, I was under the impression that a freshly baked plum cake will be sent however what you have sent is a 330g Unibic plum cake which costs Rs 142 n for that I was charged Rs 839 just for the cake alone with delivery.How can this company cheat customers this way, on the image that have not mentioned that it's gonna be a unibic cake. If I wanted to give a unibic cake I could have ordered it myself from Instamart why did I have to use Oye gifts platform. I would urge from customers not to order anything from this site as they are running fraudulent activities.I tried calling the number you have given to reach customer care but noone bothered to receive and no response even received on email.
