If I could rate this service a zero, I would. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever faced. I placed my order on November 30, 2025, and as of January 16, 2026, I still haven't received it, despite paying $2006. Instead, I've received countless excuses, with the estimated delivery date constantly being pushed back. I've reached out via email and phone multiple times but to no avail. The website accepted my order and full payment, assuring me that it would ship within 2-3 business days. After two weeks without updates, I emailed them only to find out (without any apology) that some items were out of stock. Was I not supposed to be informed? The shipment date was then moved to December 30, despite my order being placed on November 30. I called again last week and received more excuses, only to be told it shipped via FedEx, but they didn’t realize my address was a PO Box, which FedEx doesn’t deliver to. Wouldn’t a professional company ensure their website doesn’t accept PO Boxes for shipping? I informed them they had until January 15, 2026, to deliver my order or I would cancel through my bank, which I did today. I gave them one extra day. They assured me on the phone yesterday that it would arrive by January 15, 2026. Now, on January 16, 2026, I still don’t have my order, and there's no estimated delivery date, even though they claimed it shipped on January 8, 2026. They just keep saying to wait. Meanwhile, they’ve held onto my $2006 for 48 days and wasted so much of my time. I don’t need anything that badly to tolerate such poor customer service. I can easily find these items from other sellers, and so should you. Avoid wasting your time or money here.
