I wish I looked at the many many negative reviews about this company. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks now to cancel my booking that is due in 3 weeks.I’ve contacted them using the email reservation they provided, WhatsApp and Facebook to no avail. They state you can cancel 1 day before the reservation but good luck trying to do this as they do not reply. I feel bad for the people who have to contact them urgently about a booking.Do not try to save yourself a few euros by using this company, pay extra and use a well known transfer company. I will be issuing a bank charge back soon to retrieve my money.
