Driver did not show. We booked a shuttle from Paris CDG to our hotel (near Disneyland). The notification email 30mins before pick-up contained no information about our driver or their contact / vehicle details. We arrived to the pick-up location early. We waited for nearly an hour and no driver showed up. We had no other option but to pay for another taxi. I have contacted all of the emails contained in the website seeking a rrefund.
