I had issues getting the 11kg Chow Hound Dog Feeder anywhere. I had ordered the product online at other shops to say it was on backorder (a week later) for a month or they were out of stock. Then I rang Oz General Store. I spoke to a girl named Monique. She was one of the most helpful staff I have dealt with at any business. She rang around and found one at a supplier which she secured for me so I could get it on time before my trip away. She emailed me and phoned me back when she said and she kept a personal eye out for my parcel so when it arrived at their depot, they could Express Post it rather than sending it via courier, which takes a few weeks to my property. She organised Express Post for me and rang me with a quote to help my parcel arrive on time, which it did. The product is high quality but even more important I had a company that went above and beyond for their customers. I was very impressed with the service and communication from this girl. Will definitely shop here again!
