Your staff were great, they responded very well when you advertised something in stock which you did not have, your delivery was appalling, Sendle were horrific, their tracking is meaningless, their cost is exit I ate and delivery times are ridiculous, I could have walked down and walked back quicker for a quarter of the cost. I will never use Sendle or a provider who relies on them ever again. Having said that your end of the sale was good.
