The item I ordered was of little value and the initial contact gave no indication of the cost of freight. I then received notice of the freight cost and nearly had a heart attack. I contacted Oz and requested cancellation of the order.To their credit this was quickly agreed to and promised a refund of the purchase price. This has been received today.
