I had a very disappointing experience with this product and the overall service. I ordered a protein supplement and tried consuming it three different times, but each time it caused serious stomach issues and loose motions. After the third attempt, I was actually unwell for two straight days.
Initially, I thought it might just be a one-off reaction, but after repeated issues, it’s clear the product does not suit me at all.
What’s even more frustrating is the customer service. I tried reaching out via WhatsApp, but there is no proper way to report an issue. The responses feel automated and unhelpful, and there is no real support or resolution provided. It’s surprisingly difficult to even find a proper way to raise a complaint or leave feedback.
Overall, this has been a very poor experience—not just with the product, but also with the lack of customer support. Based on my experience (and after noticing many similar complaints online), I would not recommend this brand.
