The colour of the product does not meet our expectations, despite the customer service explanation that this is due to the "Natural Colour" of the solid (rubber) wood. Please be advised that returns or refunds are not permitted once the product has been opened. For unopened products, a restocking fee of 20% of the product price will apply, and you will be required to return the item to the warehouse where it was originally collected.
