Shocking customer service - I requested to cancel my order a day after purchase due to finding something else more suitable, at that time, the order had not been dispatched yet, and a customer service rep replied saying they would process the request. The following day I still hadn't heard back so I followed up and was told it had been dispatched however I still hadn't received dispatch notification and when I checked the order status, it said it was still waiting to be dispatched. They continued to say it was too late and it had been dispatched and that if I wanted to return it I would have to pay for return postage, even though they should have actioned the request when they first responded to it - their counter argument to this point was "This is an automated reply from our AI system." - Overall really disappointing experience. It's now been a week since all this happened and I still haven't received the item or any postage updates. Not even convinced I'll be receiving it at this point.
