I got really concerned when they did not arrive before christmas as was promised in the ad, and tried contacting support, with no luck immediately, obviously xmas break, but Peter the owner personally contacted me and explained the situation, and my order did arrive about a week later as promised. The chairs seem to be of awesome quality, easy to set up amd very comfortable for their size. Exceeded my expectations immensely.
