I can’t complain about the chairs they are very good but we ordered a lounger and two ground sheets. They were delayed as there was a fault with a batch they received and waiting for more. Fair enough but when we eventually received them there was only one ground sheets. We got in touch and was asked to send a photo of what arrived which I did. Strangely the email kept being returned as failed, even though all I did was click reply to their email which I had done previously. Not good customer service if you just block emails from people. They say these chairs come with lifetime guarantee which are expensive but sadly I wouldn’t have much faith in them dealing with that.
