Ordered two lounge chairs from Ozzie gear on the 17th of March, emailed them 3 times and so far I have not received the chairs, nor I have received a response to my emails. The is no phone number to contact them either. This is highly dissapointing, as I bought the chairs to take away over Easter. The producy may have good reviews but Customer service has let me down. If I dont get a response with an update for the status of my order by COB, I will be cancelleling my order and reporting them to fair trading. This not how you run a business.
