Blatant Scam - Avoid OzziMozzieIn July 2024, I ordered ONE heater from OzziMozzie for $102.98. [Order Number 299208], placed on 6 July 2024. Within minutes, they unauthorisedly charged my card twice:* $146.21 at 1:43 PM* $164.45 at 1:45 PMTotal: $310.66 - nearly triple what I agreed to pay.I contacted them immediately. They admitted I “unintentionally added” extra items (I didn’t) and offered a pathetic 30% refund if I kept them. They also expected me to pay for return shipping. Classic bait-and-switch scam.Their checkout system is deceptive, their support is gaslighting, and their refund policy is a joke. A quick search shows I’m not the only victim.OzziMozzie is a predatory, dishonest company. Avoid them like the plague.
